Practical workshops “Secrets of Employment in Poland” at the INTEURO Centre
On 23–24 May 2026, the INTEURO Centre in Kielce hosted a two-day practical workshop entitled “Secrets of Employment in Poland”.
It was an intensive and very active meeting, during which participants gained knowledge and practical skills needed when looking for a job in Poland.
The workshops provided an opportunity to discuss how to prepare effectively for entering the labour market, how to write a professional CV, how to present one’s experience and competences, and how to prepare for a job interview. Participants also learned what employers pay attention to and how to increase their chances of finding employment.
The practical character of the activities was particularly important. Participants not only listened to advice, but also analysed specific situations, asked questions and discussed the most common challenges related to looking for a job in Poland. This helped them better understand how to prepare for contact with an employer and how to speak more confidently about their skills.
Together with invited guests, participants learned about tools and solutions that they can immediately use in practice — when preparing application documents, responding to job offers or preparing for recruitment interviews.
We would like to thank all participants for their activity, involvement and very positive atmosphere. Motivation, openness to new knowledge and the willingness to develop are what help people achieve their professional goals faster and find their place more effectively on the Polish labour market.
