Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the
“INTEURO – integration of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship” project,
implemented by
Stowarzyszenie Integracja Europa – Wschód.

For project participants
1. Who can benefit from INTEURO support?
Third-country nationals legally residing in Poland can participate. Detailed rules are described in the participation regulations.
2. How can I join the project?
- in person at an INTEURO InfoPoint
- via the form on inteuro.info
- through the INTEURO mobile app
- during a visit of the Mobile Information Point in your area
3. Is participation free of charge?
Yes. All forms of support within the project are free of charge.
4. What kind of support can I expect?
- information and guidance
- legal assistance
- psychological support
- Polish language courses
- integration activities
- support for children in school
- specialist consultations (Mobile InfoPoint)
5. Can I use multiple forms of support at the same time?
Yes. INTEURO provides comprehensive support tailored to your needs.
6. I live outside Kielce – can I participate?
Yes. We operate across the entire Świętokrzyskie region, including InfoPoints in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and Pińczów, Mobile InfoPoint services, and online/phone consultations.
7. In which languages is support available?
Most often: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
8. Can children participate in the project?
Yes. The project includes educational support, additional classes and psychological consultations.
9. How can I resign from participation?
You can inform us in person, by phone, by email or via the INTEURO app.
10. I don’t know where to start – what should I do?
Contact us or visit an InfoPoint – we will help you choose the right support.
11. What is the difference between INTEURO programmes?

12. Are the trainings free of charge?
Yes. Trainings under INTEURO SIEĆ are free of charge.
13. Who can participate in trainings?
- school staff and educational institutions
- public institutions
- non-governmental organisations
- entities working with foreigners
14. What topics do the trainings cover?
- working with students with migration experience
- intercultural communication

15. Is support available directly in schools?
Yes. We organise on-site visits and support activities in institutions.
16. Will I receive training materials?
Yes. Materials and summaries are provided after each training.
17. Are group trainings available for full staff?
Yes. We offer group trainings and individual consultations.
