INTEURO Info – free support for foreigners in everyday matters

INTEURO Info is a programme dedicated to third-country nationals (non-EU citizens) who legally reside in Poland and need information or support in matters related to everyday life.

Within the programme, participants can receive free support in key areas of daily functioning – from administrative procedures and residence legalisation to education, healthcare, employment and social integration.

Most common questions from foreigners

At INTEURO InfoPoints, participants most often ask about:

  • residence permit (residence card) – how to apply
  • legalisation of stay in Poland
  • employment opportunities for foreigners
  • 800+ child benefit
  • how to enrol a child in school
  • how to access healthcare services
  • health insurance in Poland
  • how to start a business

At INTEURO InfoPoints, we help you understand these procedures and guide you step by step on how and where to handle your matters.

📌 Important: All consultations within the INTEURO Info programme are free of charge for participants.
