Children’s Day with INTEURO – joy, family time and botanical discoveries during the Geofestival
On the occasion of Children’s Day, the youngest participants of the INTEURO project received special gifts – tickets to the Botanical Garden in Kielce for the attraction-filled Geofestival.
Children’s Day is a time of joy, smiles and special moments that remain in the memory of the youngest for a long time. This year, the team of the Integration Europe – East Association decided to prepare a special surprise for the children of INTEURO project participants, combining good fun with active and educational leisure.
On the eve of Children’s Day, we gave the youngest participants special gifts – tickets to the Botanical Garden in Kielce for one of the most colourful and eagerly awaited family events in the city, the Geofestival. It was an opportunity to celebrate together, discover nature and spend time in a beautiful green space.
The Botanical Garden welcomed the participants with a wonderful atmosphere, and the Geofestival turned out to be a real journey into the world of nature, science and family entertainment. The final part of the event was full of attractions, allowing every child to find something interesting for themselves.
Children and their mothers took part in numerous activities prepared by the organisers. Creative and scientific workshops awaited the youngest participants, during which they could make their own souvenirs, explore natural materials and discover interesting facts about nature and our planet.
Interactive competitions, games and outdoor activities also attracted great interest. Outdoor tasks encouraged children to act together, while the chance to win prizes added even more excitement and positive energy to the event.
There were also educational areas. Participants could learn about the unique plants of the garden, natural curiosities and various inspirations related to geography and the environment. It was an attraction not only for children, but also for adults, who discovered new corners of the garden together with them.
This day became a wonderful opportunity for family relaxation, a break from everyday duties and building new relationships. Shared activities for mothers and children brought many positive emotions and, above all, a sense of support, closeness and belonging to a friendly community.
Everyone returned home tired but very happy – with heads full of impressions, new energy and many beautiful photos that will remind them of this special day.
