A women’s circle that supports, inspires and builds strength
On 13 and 17 July 2026, further Women’s Club meetings took place. The participants discussed how to find inner support, strengthen it through daily practices and remain connected with themselves during times of change and uncertainty.
For women who were forced to leave their homes because of the war and begin a new life in another country, having a safe space for conversation, mutual support and personal development is extremely important.
This is why meetings at the Women’s Club are so valuable. It is a place where women can be themselves, speak openly about their experiences and emotions, and meet others who have gone through similar situations.
There is no need to explain every feeling in detail. Being surrounded by people who are facing similar changes and challenges encourages mutual understanding. In this atmosphere, trust, new friendships and a sense of community can develop, together with the awareness that no one has to face every difficulty alone.
In search of inner support
The July meetings, held on 13 and 17 July 2026, focused on finding inner support. This is particularly important when the outside world becomes unstable and everyday life brings many changes and uncertainties.
Together, the participants reflected on where strength, calm and a sense of security can be found. They discussed their personal resources, life experiences, relationships and small daily actions that can help restore balance.
The meetings also provided an opportunity to discover everyday practices that support inner stability. The participants explored how to recognise their emotions and needs more clearly, remain connected with themselves and consciously care for their wellbeing.
Strength that grows through community
The Women’s Club shows that inner support does not have to be built alone. Relationships, the caring presence of others and the opportunity to share personal experiences in an atmosphere of acceptance and respect can also be important sources of strength.
Each participant brings her own story, sensitivity and perspective to the meetings. Thanks to the women’s honesty and openness, a space is created where mutual support, trust and a sense of belonging can grow.
We would like to thank every participant for her openness, honesty and willingness to be part of this circle. Together, we are creating a space where women can feel heard, find inspiration and realise that they are not alone.
