INTEURO Work – support for employment and career development

INTEURO Work is a programme supporting foreigners living in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in finding stable employment and developing their professional careers in Poland.

The programme helps participants better understand the Polish labour market, prepare for the recruitment process, and gain the skills needed to take up employment or run their own business.

The support is addressed to third-country nationals (outside the European Union) who legally reside in Poland.

All forms of support within the programme are free of charge for participants.

Career counselling

One of the key elements of the programme is professional career counselling.

Advisors help participants prepare to enter the Polish labour market and plan their further professional development.

The support includes, among others:

• assistance in preparing a professional CV
• preparation for job interviews
• analysis of professional competences
• planning a career development path

Entrepreneurship workshops

The INTEURO Work programme also includes entrepreneurship workshops for people interested in starting their own business in Poland.

During the workshops, participants can learn, among others:

• how to start a business in Poland
• what the basic responsibilities of an entrepreneur are
• how to prepare for running a business
• how to develop a business on the Polish market

Free document translations

As part of the programme, we also offer free document translation services (only for participants outside Kielce – from 2027) necessary for employment or continuing education in Poland.

Translations may include, among others:

• educational documents
• professional documents
• certificates and diplomas
• other documents required by employers or institutions

Depending on the needs, both certified and specialist translations are available.

Professional development and labour market integration

Stable employment is one of the key elements of integration for foreigners in Poland.

Thanks to the INTEURO Work programme, participants can:

• better prepare for working in Poland
• increase their chances of employment
• develop professional competences
• consider starting their own business
