INTEURO – programs

INTEURO Employment Programme

INTEURO Employment is a programme supporting foreigners living in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in finding stable employment and developing their professional career in Poland.

The programme helps participants better understand the Polish labour market, prepare for the recruitment process and develop the skills needed to take up employment or run their own business.

The support is addressed to third-country nationals (from outside the European Union) who legally reside in Poland.

All forms of support provided under the programme are free of charge for project participants.

Career counselling

One of the key elements of the programme is professional career counselling.

Advisors help participants prepare to enter the Polish labour market and plan their further professional development.

The support includes, among others:

  • help in preparing a professional CV
  • preparation for a job interview
  • analysis of professional competences
  • planning a career development path.

Entrepreneurship workshops

The INTEURO Employment programme also includes entrepreneurship workshops for people interested in running their own business in Poland.

During the workshops, participants can learn, among others:

  • how to set up a business in Poland
  • what the basic responsibilities of an entrepreneur are
  • how to prepare to run a business
  • how to develop a business on the Polish market.

Free document translations

As part of the programme, we also offer free translations of documents necessary to take up employment or continue education in Poland.

The translations may include, among others:

  • educational documents
  • professional documents
  • certificates and diplomas
  • other documents required by employers or institutions.

Depending on the needs, both certified and specialist translations are possible.

Professional development and integration into the labour market

Stable employment is one of the most important elements of the integration of foreigners in Poland.

Thanks to the INTEURO Employment programme, participants can:

  • prepare better for working in Poland
  • increase their chances of finding employment
  • develop their professional competences
  • consider running their own business.
