INTEURO – programs

INTEURO Education Programme

INTEURO Education is a programme supporting foreigners living in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in learning the Polish language and in the education of children attending Polish schools.

The programme helps overcome the language barrier and facilitates integration into the Polish education system.

The support is addressed to third-country nationals (from outside the European Union) who legally reside in Poland.

All forms of support provided under the programme are free of charge for project participants.

Polish language courses for foreigners

One of the main elements of the programme is free Polish language courses.

Each course includes 60 hours of classes conducted by experienced teachers.

Available course levels:
A1, A2, B1, B2, C1.

The courses are also an excellent opportunity for additional preparation for state examinations in Polish as a foreign language.

Participation in the courses helps participants:

  • communicate in everyday life
  • cope better at work and in offices
  • develop language skills needed for life in Poland.

Sector-specific Polish language courses

The programme also includes sector-specific Polish language courses that help foreigners working in Poland function better in a professional environment.

The classes focus on vocabulary and situations typical for specific professions, thanks to which participants can:

  • communicate more easily in the workplace
  • better understand documents and instructions
  • develop their professional competences.

Remedial classes for children

The INTEURO Education programme also includes free remedial classes for foreign children attending Polish schools.

For many students, the greatest challenge is the language barrier and curriculum differences between education systems.

That is why we organise remedial classes that help children adapt more quickly to the new school environment.

The classes include, among others:

  • Polish language
  • English language
  • knowledge about Poland.

Thanks to this, students can:

  • catch up on curriculum differences
  • better understand school material
  • learn Polish more quickly
  • adapt more easily to a new class.

Education as an element of integration

Language skills and educational support are among the most important elements of the integration of foreigners in Poland.

Thanks to the INTEURO Education programme, participants can:

  • overcome the language barrier
  • increase their opportunities in the labour market
  • function better in Polish society
  • support their children’s education.

Where are the courses held?

The INTEURO project has a regional character, therefore Polish language courses and educational classes are organised in various towns across the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
