INTEURO – FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
Below you will find answers to the questions most frequently asked by participants of the INTEURO project – integration of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, as well as questions from Polish teachers, institutional staff and people participating in trainings organised by the project carried out by the Association Integration Europe – East.

1. Who can use INTEURO support?
The project is available to third-country nationals legally residing in Poland. Detailed rules are described in the Rules of Participation.
2. How do I enroll in the project?
You can sign up:
– in person at an INTEURO InfoPoint,
– through the form at inteuro.info,
– in the INTEURO mobile app,
– during a visit of the Mobile Information Point in your locality.
3. Is participation free?
Yes. All forms of support in the project are free of charge.
4. What kind of support can I expect?
The project includes:
– informational counselling,
– legal assistance,
– psychological support,
– Polish language courses,
– integration activities,
– support for children in school,
– specialist field consultations (Mobile InfoPoint).
5. Can I use several forms of support at once?
Yes. INTEURO operates comprehensively — we tailor support to your needs.
6. I live outside Kielce — can I take part?
Yes. We serve the entire Świętokrzyskie region. You can get support in InfoPoints in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and Pińczów, via the Mobile InfoPoint, or online/by phone.
7. Which languages are available?
Support is most often provided in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
8. Can children participate?
Yes. The project offers educational support, additional classes and psychological consultations.
9. How do I withdraw from the project?
You can inform us in person, by phone, e-mail or through the INTEURO app.
10. What if I need help but don’t know where to start?
Visit an InfoPoint or call us — we will help select the right program.
11. What are the differences between INTEURO support programs?
The INTEURO system consists of six programs:
– INTEURO INFO — information and everyday assistance
– INTEURO EDUCATION — Polish language, school, learning support
– INTEURO INTEGRATION — integration, adaptation, meetings
– INTEURO WORK — labour market, CV, activation workshops
– INTEURO MEDIA — app, multilingual communication, materials
– INTEURO NETWORK — cooperation with schools and institutions
Each program addresses different needs.
12. Are trainings for teachers and staff free?
Yes. Trainings within INTEURO NETWORK are free, financed with EU funds.
13. Who can participate in the trainings?
Employees of:
– schools and educational institutions,
– public institutions,
– NGOs,
– units working with foreigners.
Registration is done via an online form or direct contact.
14. What topics do trainings cover?
Most common topics:
– working with students with migration experience,
– intercultural communication,
– psychological support in schools,
– conflict resolution and crisis prevention,
– support for non-Polish-speaking families.
15. Can I request a cultural consultant in my school?
Yes. INTEURO provides on-site support — requests can be submitted by e-mail or via form.
16. Will I receive training materials?
Yes. After each training we provide materials and summaries.
17. Does INTEURO support entire teaching staff?
Yes. Group trainings, workshops and individual consultations are available.
