Free consultations at the INTEURO InfoPoint in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski

On 23 July 2026, another round of free consultations for foreigners legally residing in Poland was held at the INTEURO InfoPoint in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. This time, participants most frequently sought advice on benefits and payments administered by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

Another round of free consultations for foreigners legally residing in Poland was held at the INTEURO InfoPoint in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The consultation session took place on 23 July 2026 as part of the project “INTEURO – integration of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship”.

This time, the consultations focused primarily on matters concerning benefits and payments administered by the Social Insurance Institution. Participants could explain their individual circumstances, discuss the documents they had received and obtain information about the possible next steps.

Consultations at the InfoPoint are practical and tailored to each person’s situation. Every case is considered individually, taking into account the documents held by the applicant and their current residence status in Poland.

What matters can we help with?

Third-country nationals legally residing in Poland can receive free consultations concerning the legalisation of residence and administrative matters connected with everyday life in the country.

Support available at the INTEURO InfoPoint includes, among other matters:

• legalisation of residence in Poland,
• preparing and completing documents,
• explaining letters received from public offices and institutions,
• communication with public administration authorities,
• procedures concerning social benefits and social insurance,
• employment, education and everyday life in Poland,
• identifying possible next steps in an individual case.

The consultations are provided by experienced advisers supporting participants in the INTEURO project. Their role is not only to provide reliable information, but also to help foreigners understand procedures and navigate the Polish administrative system more independently.

Support closer to where you live

The INTEURO InfoPoint in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski operates under an agreement with the local branch of the Polish Red Cross. Thanks to this cooperation, foreigners living in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and nearby towns can receive professional support closer to their place of residence, without having to travel to Kielce every time.

The activities carried out at the InfoPoint form part of a wider support system for foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Its purpose is to improve access to reliable information, support integration and help foreigners live safely and independently within the local community.
