Visit to the Museum of Minerals and Fossils – a special trip for International Women’s Day

The trip was organized on the occasion of the upcoming International Women’s Day. It was a great opportunity to relax for a moment, spend time together and discover interesting places in the Świętokrzyskie region.

Women participating in the project combine many responsibilities every day – professional work, caring for their families and raising children. That is why moments when they can pause, relax and spend time in an inspiring environment are so important.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to see an impressive collection of minerals and stones brought from all over the world, as well as numerous fossils. Many exhibits amazed visitors with their colors, structures and histories reaching millions of years back.

The museum guide spoke in a very engaging way about the origin of minerals, the processes of their formation and the properties of different stones. Both adults and children were truly impressed by the beauty and diversity of forms that nature can create.

For many participants, it was not only an opportunity to gain new knowledge, but also a chance to spend time together, talk and build relationships in a friendly atmosphere.

Thanks to the support of the Integration Europe – East Association and the European Funds, women and children from Ukraine have the opportunity to discover the Świętokrzyskie region, its history and its unique places.
