“Workshop of Experience” Club meeting – how to consciously take care of your health

“Workshop of Experience” Club meeting – a conversation about health with physiotherapist Oleksandr Shvedov

On February 23, 2026, a meeting of the “Workshop of Experience” Club took place with physiotherapist Oleksandr Shvedov as the guest speaker.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to listen to an inspiring discussion about conscious health care, everyday habits and ways to deal with tension and stress. The meeting was an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and ask questions to a specialist with many years of experience.

Oleksandr Shvedov comes from Kherson and is a graduate of the Kyiv Academy of Sports Medicine. He also completed an osteopathy course in Germany. In his career he has worked with participants of the popular TV project “Weighted and Happy”, where his clients reached the program’s finals. He also took part in the project “You Are a Champion”, working with boxers, and appeared as an expert in the TV program “Morning with 1+1”. For more than 10 years he has been running his private practice in Kielce.

During the meeting participants learned, among others:

• how to properly take care of the body and physical condition,
• how to reduce tension and stress in everyday life,
• what daily habits help maintain good health,
• which simple exercises and activities can improve well-being.

The meeting took place in a very friendly and inspiring atmosphere. Participants could not only gain new knowledge but also talk with the expert and share their own experiences related to taking care of their health.

The event was another example of integration and educational activities organized as part of community initiatives supported by the INTEURO Center.
