One of the questions we receive very often recently is:
❗️Diia.pl is not working — what should you do?
If the Diia.pl application does not work, does not open, or logs you out of your profile, it does not always mean a serious problem. In many cases the reason is quite simple.
1. Check your Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany)
The most common cause of problems is an expired Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany).
- Diia.pl may stop working.
- The application may not confirm your identity.
2. Carefully check your data when renewing the Trusted Profile
When renewing your profile, make sure all information is entered correctly, especially:
- email address,
- phone number,
- personal data.
Even a small mistake may cause problems with the application.
3. Have your personal details changed? Update your profile
If you have:
- changed your email address,
- changed your phone number,
- received a new passport.
These changes should be updated in your Trusted Profile and related services. Otherwise, problems with Diia.pl and other public e-services may occur.
4. Try basic technical steps
- check your internet connection and app updates,
- log out and log in again,
- if necessary, reinstall the Diia.pl application.
5. If the problem persists
The reason may not be technical but related to your legal status or data stored in official registers.
