REGULATIONS 
FREE POLISH LANGUAGE COURSES FOR FOREIGNERS 

§1
General informations 

  1. These Regulations define the rules of recruitment and participation in Polish language courses for foreigners under the project no 48/12-2019/FAMI entitled "Świętokrzyskie - good neighborhood for the integration of foreigners" co-financed by the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Program "Safe Harbor"
  2. The project is implemented by Association Integration Europe-East based in Kielce, H. Sienkiewicza Street 78A, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
  3. Learning at the courses takes place at different levels of advancement: from A1 to B and includes 60 teaching hours.
  4. Courses will be held according to the detailed schedule of the classes presented to the trainees at least one day before the first day of classes. In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change the detailed schedule of classes.
  5. Language courses ends with a final exam.
  6. After completing the course the student will receive a certificate of participation in the course, if he/she participated at least 50% at the classes.

§ 2 
Course participants

Participants of language courses are foreigners who are not EU citizens, residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland legally, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 12 December 2013 on foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2206, as amended) and their children – meeting the detailed conditions for participation in the project described on the website: https://inteuro.info/en/terms-of-use 

§ 3
Recruitment and recruiment documentation

  1. The participant interested in participating in the language course is obliged to fill in the recruitment documents and send them to the Organizer's e-mail address (info@inteuro.info) or deliver them to the project office: Information Point for Foreigners in Kielce, H. Sienkiewicza Street 78A 2nd floor
  2. The application documents (application form and qualification test) are available on the website http://inteuro.info/ and in the project office.
  3. Eligibility for the course is determined by the order of applications.
  4. Participants, who have been qualified to participate in the course will be notified by phone or e-mail as soon as the list of trainees is closed. 

§4 
Rules of resignation of participation in project

  1. In case of resignation of participation in the course, the participant is obliged to notify the Organizer by submitting a relevant statement. 
  2. The course participant is required to take 50% attendance of the course and take a final exam. In case of exceeding 40% of absence, the Organizer reserves the right to remove the participant from the list of participants.
  3. In case of removal or resignation the participant from the course, the Organizer will invite a person from the reserve list to participate in the project.  

§5
Final provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of these Regulations or introduce additional provisions. In that case, the Organizer will post relevant information on the project website.
