The INTEURO Integration Program is one of the six key activities of the INTEURO.INFO Good Neighbourhood Map created within the framework of the Association Integration Europe-East project entitled "Świętokrzyskie - good neighborhood for the integration of foreigners" co-financed by the National Program of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund "Safe Harbor".
The main goal of the whole project is to enable the widest and most profiled access to integration services for foreigners legally residing in the Świętokrzyskie Province.
By the end of September 2022, several thousand foreigners legally residing in the Świętokrzyskie province and coming from countries outside the European Union will be provided with free support.
The INTEURO Integration Program is a free 14-day intensive Polish language integration course that will be organized in the Świętokrzyskie province in the summer and autumn of 2021 and 2022.
120 foreigners (non-EU citizens) will take part in courses rich in numerous excursions around the region, integration workshops and meetings with residents of Świętokrzyskie. Parallel activities during the courses will also include Polish lessons in the field under the slogan ""POLAND: Europe in practice"" conducted by experienced educators.
This support will be directed primarily to future foreign students and their families.
The organization of adaptation courses will aim at increasing the participation of foreigners in the social and cultural life of the Świętokrzyskie region.
Special emphasis will be placed on the regional activity of foreigners in non-governmental organizations and transfer of knowledge how to implement their own international projects.
The Association Integration Europe - East will invite experienced experts from the third sector, as well as encourage the participants of the courses to implement international projects on the example of their own initiatives co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Education, Polish Senate and others.
Certainly, an interesting thread that will be used in the integration workshop programs will be the example of over 60 years of cooperation between the partner cities of Kielce and Ukrainian Vinnitsa.
Announcements of recruitment for integration courses will be published in the service Good Neighbourhood Maps INTEURO.INFO
The final shape of actions will be adjusted to the conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
