Changes in ZUS customer service – how to book an appointment at a branch?

Important information for ZUS clients – changes in the service system

The Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has introduced changes in the way clients are served at its branches.

If you are planning a visit to a ZUS office, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the new appointment booking rules. You can now reserve a visit in advance online through the PUE ZUS system or by phone.

🗓 How to book an appointment in advance?

Via PUE ZUS

After logging into the system, select the “General panel” tab, then “Visits” and choose a convenient date and time.

By phone

You can also schedule an appointment by calling: 41 367 71 50.

📍 What should you do after arriving at the ZUS office?

  • Find the terminal (ticket machine).
  • Select the “Wizyta zarezerwowana” option.
  • Enter your PUE login received in the appointment confirmation (SMS or e-mail).

ZUS encourages clients to plan visits in advance. Booking an appointment earlier helps avoid queues and saves time.
