The outbreak of war showed how important volunteering is in difficult times.
In Kielce, the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, and all over Poland, thousands of people have helped and continue to help Ukraine.
The growing Ukrainian diaspora actively participates in all these activities.
This project provides for support for volunteering by organizing trainings with the participation of local communities, non-governmental organizations and the Ukrainian diaspora (especially those who came to Poland after February 24, 2022).
In addition to training, we cordially invite you to volunteer activities as part of our project "Świętokrzyskie - good neighborhood for Ukraine".
Our Polish-Ukrainian team is already active at the Information Point for Foreigners in Kielce and the Integration Europe - East Association.
There is a lot of work to be done, but there will also be room for new initiatives and exchange of experiences.
As part of the "Świętokrzyskie - good neighborhood for Ukraine" project, ten 60-hour Polish language courses are planned for 20-person groups Ukrainian citizens who came to Poland after February 24, 2022 as a result of warfare.
The courses are conducted by certified teachers of Polish as a foreign language.
