Employing foreigners. How to avoid mistakes and prepare for changes?

In March 2026, special regulations that have so far allowed for simplified employment of Ukrainian citizens will expire.
For many companies, this will be the moment when it becomes necessary to legalise the work and residence of foreigners under new conditions.
Uncertainty in regulations, more frequent inspections and changes in the law on the employment of foreigners mean that it is worth preparing for this stage now.

Therefore, the Association Integration Europe – East invites entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship to a free stationary training course:

Training topics

🔹 Module 1. Legal employment of foreigners in 2025 – current regulations, procedures and common mistakes.
🔹 Module 2. Overview of changes after March 2026 – new obligations for companies and key provisions of the legislation.
🔹 Module 3. Working with a multicultural team – communication, cultural differences, anti-discrimination obligations.
🔹 Module 4. Workshops and discussion with a lawyer – analysis of participants' documents and answers to questions.
