The INTEURO Center for the Integration of Foreigners in Kielce has completed the first training cycle of the INTEURO BIZNES program – an initiative supporting the professional integration and entrepreneurship of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The meetings were attended by 12 women from Ukraine, who live and plan to develop their professional careers right here in Poland.
The cycle included five intensive one-day trainings, led by experienced experts in accounting, taxation, marketing, and occupational health and safety. The sessions were held in a friendly and supportive atmosphere at the INTEURO Center, located at ul. Sienkiewicza 78A in Kielce.
What did the training program include?
-
Business registration, taxes, and insurance
Participants learned about the various legal forms of business available to foreigners, tax systems, registration procedures (CEIDG, KRS, ZUS, VAT), and how residency status affects the ability to start a business. -
Creating a business plan and cooperating with Polish partners
The workshop focused on writing simple business plans, analyzing markets and customers, and the basics of establishing business partnerships. Examples included potential services such as beauty salons and food businesses. -
Time management and marketing for small businesses
Practical exercises involved planning and delegating tasks, organizing content marketing strategies, and using AI tools such as ChatGPT to build engaging messages for clients. -
Investments, anti-discrimination, and sustainable development
Participants explored responsible business practices, social and environmental accountability, and working in a multicultural environment. There was also a dedicated anti-discrimination training session. -
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in business
The final training day covered workplace safety requirements, documentation and inspections, and the importance of psychological well-being and self-care for female entrepreneurs.
Women’s entrepreneurship in action
The participants are women with high potential and a strong drive to build independent careers. Most of them are already preparing to open their own businesses in Poland – including beauty services, catering, translation, and handmade crafts. Through the INTEURO BIZNES program, they gained not only knowledge but also practical tools, mentoring support, and a valuable peer network.
What’s next?
This is just the beginning! The INTEURO Center is preparing additional training cycles and one-on-one consultations for foreigners across the Świętokrzyskie region. INTEURO BIZNES is more than education – it’s an invitation to take action, become independent, and participate actively in the region’s economic life.
We are now accepting applications for four new training cycles to be held later in 2025. We invite individuals with professional experience and ideas for their own business. The number of available spots is limited!
