On June 18, 2025, the second Job Fair of the year dedicated to Ukrainian women took place at the INTEURO Center for the Integration of Foreigners in Kielce. The event was organized by the Association "Integration Europe – East" in partnership with the Voivodeship Labour Office in Kielce as part of the project “INTEURO – a program for the integration and professional activation of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship”.
The project is implemented with the support of the European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021–2027.
The aim of the fair was to create a real space for employers to meet with job seekers – especially Ukrainian women who came to the region as a result of the war and are now seeking professional development opportunities and stability in Poland.
The event attracted great interest. Participants had the chance to explore current job offers in various industries and take part in on-site recruitment interviews.
A key element of the event were workshops on professional activation, conducted by specialists from the Voivodeship Labour Office. Participants received assistance in creating professional CVs and practiced job interview scenarios – especially valuable for those just starting their careers in Poland or looking to change their employment path.
The mini job fairs organized regularly by the INTEURO Center are a great example of activities supporting not only the employment of foreigners but also their deeper integration into the local community. Direct contact with potential employers allows candidates to showcase their skills and experience while learning more about the local labor market and companies’ expectations.
Thanks to EU funding, participation in the event was completely free. The Association "Integration Europe – East" warmly thanks the Voivodeship and Municipal Labour Offices in Kielce, as well as the employment agency Trenkwalder Polska, for their involvement and active participation in achieving the common goal of successful professional integration of foreigners.
The “INTEURO” project has for years been an example of effective advisory, educational, and activation activities that genuinely improve the living and working conditions of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie region.
