This training is for you.

Join the INTEURO BIZNES program – a comprehensive series of training and consultations specially designed for foreigners in Poland, with a focus on women from Ukraine who want to become self-employed and build their professional life here.

What We Offer

40 hours of practical training led by experts from Poland and Ukraine – experienced business advisors, lawyers, health and safety specialists, and marketing experts.
Training is available in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English.

During 5 sessions you will:

• learn step by step how to legally register your own company in Poland
• explore the available types of business activity and choose the best one for you
• find out how to handle accounting, contact with ZUS and the tax office
• learn how to prepare your first business plan
• discover how to cooperate with Polish companies and attract clients
• gain knowledge in marketing, time management, and workplace safety
• participate in workshops on sustainable development and equal treatment in business.

This is not just theory – we will show real examples of opening and running the most popular types of businesses among Ukrainian women, such as:

• beauty salon
• hairdressing studio
• massage therapy office
• handicrafts
• educational services
• and more

You're Not Alone After the Training.

For 6 months, you can use our coworking space for free at the Center for Integration of Foreigners in Kielce (ul. Sienkiewicza 78A), where you'll find:

• a workstation with computer, internet, and printer
• meeting room and quiet workspace
• 10 hours of tax consulting and 10 hours of legal consulting
• friendly atmosphere and contact with other women who, like you, are building their business from scratch

Who This Program Is For

• women from Ukraine who came to Poland after the outbreak of war and want to start something of their own
• foreigners legally residing in Poland who plan to start a business in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship
• people with an idea, experience, or passion who need knowledge, support, and space to act.

You don’t need to know all the laws – we’ll help you.
We’ll build a plan together, teach you, advise you.
You’ll bring what matters most – your energy, talent, and determination.

The training sessions are held in person in Kielce, ul. Sienkiewicza 78A (INTEURO Center for Integration of Foreigners).
