The Association Integration Europe – East invites you to take part in a series of mini job fairs and workshops under the slogan "New Job – New Challenges", organized as part of the project "INTEURO – a program for the integration and professional activation of foreigners in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship".

This is a unique opportunity to meet local employers, participate in valuable workshops, and take the first step towards new employment.

The focus of the first industry-specific mini fair will be the IT, advertising, and marketing sector. It is an excellent opportunity for those interested in professional development in these dynamic fields. Local employers have been invited to participate in the fair.

Workshops "New Job – New Challenges"

During the event, one-hour workshops will be held, dedicated to the challenges and concerns related to starting a new job. Participants will learn how to cope with stress, build self-confidence, and effectively adapt to a new work environment.

Support from career advisors

The project partner is the Voivodeship Labour Office in Kielce. During the mini fairs, its career advisors will be present to provide professional support in career planning, job searching, and preparing for interviews with employers.
Advisors from the EURES will explain how the European Union labor market functions, what the rules are for working in EU countries, and they will present current job offers abroad.

Additional support for participants

• translators and advisors from the INTEURO Centre for Integration of Foreigners will assist in direct communication with employers
• reimbursement of transport costs will be provided for women from Ukraine
• participants will receive training and advisory materials prepared by our experts

Mini job fairs are a great opportunity to establish direct contact with potential employers, showcase your skills and experience, and broaden your knowledge about the labor market and career opportunities.
