Participants will watch one of the best-known Polish comedy films, which has held a special place in Polish popular culture for many years. The screening will be an opportunity not only to spend time together, but also to become more familiar with the Polish language, humour and social realities presented in the film.
The film “Sami swoi” will open a discussion on themes close to many families: neighbourhood relations, human relationships, memories of one’s place of origin, life changes and building a new home in a different environment. As a result, the meeting will have both an integrational and educational character.
After the screening, a discussion will be planned about the most important storylines, characters, typical expressions and situations shown in the film. Participants will be able to share their impressions, ask questions and compare the experiences presented in the film with their own observations of life in Poland.
The meeting will also be an opportunity for integration, conversation and building relationships in a friendly atmosphere. Activities of this kind help participants learn more about Polish culture, practise the language and take a more active part in the life of the local community.
