“Secrets of Employment in Poland” – workshops at the INTEURO Center

The purpose of the event was to provide participants with practical tools for job searching, in particular for preparing a professional CV, preparing for a job interview, and building their professional image. Participants also learned about effective job search strategies, current trends, and modern competencies needed in today’s labor market.

Each participant received specific tools and guidance that help reduce the distance between unemployment or their current job and their desired employment. Particular emphasis was placed on a practical approach, self-presentation, and individual opportunities for professional development.

The event combined theory, practical tasks, and recommendations from recruitment experts. This combination enabled participants to gain knowledge that may become the foundation of their individual job search strategy and the implementation of desired changes in their position on the Polish labor market.
