Fitness workshops for women at the INTEURO Center in Kielce
During the meeting, the participants took part in physical activities conducted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. It was a great opportunity to take care of health, improve well-being and spend time with other women.
The workshops also had an integration dimension – participants had the opportunity to get to know each other better, talk and exchange experiences related to living in Poland.
Such meetings help build relationships, strengthen the sense of community and encourage an active lifestyle.
