We invite you to another fitness session that will help you take care of your health, improve your well-being, and spend active time in a friendly atmosphere.
During the class, participants will take part in light physical exercises adapted to different fitness levels. The meeting will be a great opportunity to relax, improve condition, and regain positive energy after daily responsibilities.
The event supports integration, building relationships, and taking care of physical as well as mental well-being together.
