A two-day meeting will take place at the INTEURO Centre in Kielce for people who are looking for a job in Poland or want to develop their professional career. The seminar is primarily intended for foreigners living in our region who would like to better understand how the Polish labour market works.
During the sessions, participants will learn practical tips on how to prepare a professional CV that attracts the attention of employers. They will also find out how to prepare for a job interview and how to effectively present their experience and skills.
Participants will also learn the difference between professional competencies (hard skills) and interpersonal competencies (soft skills), which increasingly play an important role in recruitment processes.
An important part of the seminar will be a meeting with a guest speaker – a professional recruiter who will share practical experience and explain what employers pay attention to when selecting candidates.

Participation in the seminar is free of charge. The meeting is designed as a complete two-day course, therefore we encourage participants to attend both days. The number of places is limited – please register in advance at the INTEURO Centre.
