During the event we will talk about practical ways to take care of your well-being, simple methods of everyday self-care, and the importance of inner balance in women’s lives. It will also be a great opportunity to receive useful advice, ask questions to an expert, and enjoy conversation in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
